Sf North China Intelligent Logistics Headquarters base, located in Daxing International Airport Economic Zone, is a key project in Beijing, covering a total area of about 292 acres. Relying on Daxing International Airport, it focuses on building a "smart logistics industry development platform" with land and air multimodal transport as the core and SF Express innovation and technology as the support.

The project focuses on the two core functions of "smart logistics port + airport service port", with a total construction area of nearly 200,000 square meters, mainly building two smart warehouses, a fully automatic distribution center, comprehensive buildings and office buildings. After the park is completed, it can provide integrated supply chain services such as multimodal transport, freight forwarding, warehousing and transit, international trade, circulation and processing, exhibition and trading, and brand marketing.

As a professional supplier of prefabricated cold storage enclosure system in China, Wiskind participated in the construction of the cold storage of the smart warehouse in this project. The project's cold storage construction uses Wiskind Colorspar® polyurethane cold storage board, excellent products to help customers create more energy efficient, safe and durable storage facilities.

● Low carbon environmental protection, cast green cold chain; The product adopts advanced fluoropentane foaming process to effectively protect the earth's ozone layer from destruction and help enterprises build low-carbon cold storage facilities.

● Thermal insulation, efficient use of resources; The thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid core material is less than 0.023mW/ (m·K). The dense foam is fully bonded with the surface material to form an uninterrupted heat shield, effectively blocking the heat transmission, and the good thermal insulation performance not only creates a safe storage environment, but also ensures the efficient use of energy in the cold storage operation and saves costs for customers.

● Fire and water are "not allowed" to provide safety protection; Hard core material is thermosetting material, no melting dripping in case of fire and heat, which can meet higher fire protection requirements; Moreover, the closed hole rate of the core material can reach more than 95%, and the water absorption rate is less than 2%, which is better than the national standard requirements.

● Durable, prolong cold storage life; Product selection of high quality surface material, excellent corrosion resistance. It can prevent the erosion of water and dirt in the cold storage, minimize the breeding of bacteria and parasites, and further extend the service life of the cold storage.
