The weather forecast shows that the 13th typhoon "Bebinca" will land in Shanghai Pudong Lingang New City around 7:30 on September 16, Pudong launched a level I response action to protect people's lives and property safety. At the same time, the project under construction by Wiskind is also undergoing intense inspection and preparation before the typhoon.
