The lithium-ion power battery project (Phase I) established by EVE Energy in Huizhou Ecological Smart Zone covers an area of approximately 89 acres. In this project, WISKIND, as a professional metal enclosure system supplier, provided high-quality sustainable building materials solutions for walls.

The exterior wall of the project adopts the WISKIND purlinless wall structure system, which is only composed of prefabricated unit wall panels and structural columns. There is no need for purlins and lining boards, which consumes less material, reducing resource consumption and carbon emissions. And with the prefabricated structural design, construction efficiency is greatly improved and the construction cost is reduced.

The purlinless system can meet the wind resistance requirements while maximizing the use of the length of the sandwich panels to achieve a simple and tidy space. While integrating the building structure, it reduces the amount of steel used and is more environmentally friendly.

The project location is prone to typhoons, so the exterior wall uses the ColorPod sandwich panel independently developed by WISKIND, which is a polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel that has obtained FM certification. The panels are connected by middle seams and have good wind resistance and sealing performance. New generation of interlaced double support joint for improved insertion accuracy and compactness. The cavity waterproof structure also acts as a rain screen to prevent capillary water seepage and improve waterproof and air-insulating properties.
