A Polyurethane Sandwich Panel, also known as PU Panel, is a composite material composed of three layers of polyurethane foam sandwiched between two metal side skins. This material is extremely durable, lightweight, and resistant to extreme weather conditions.

The polystyrene foams qualified as thermoplastic, melt at low temperatures. / PIR (Polyurethane) EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) Materials such as Polyurethane, PIR, Polystyrene, Phenolic Foam and Rockwool, etc. are the filling core materials mostly preferred in sandwich panel applications.
