The vivo Industrial Park is located in Chang'an Town, Dongguan. The project covers an area of more than 900 acres and has a construction area of 720,000 square meters. WISKIND participated in the curtain wall construction of the vivo Manufacturing Center B project factory, which includes 5 factory buildings, 3 warehouses, 4 staff dormitories and basements. It is mainly engaged in the production of mobile terminal equipment (mobile phones) with a designed production capacity of 30 million units per year.

The project uses the ColorGem sandwich panel independently developed by WISKIND. This sandwich panel has obtained FM certification, has 4-sided joint design, high installation precision, and a smooth and exquisite visual effect. The pure silver, large-span, streamlined panel gives the vivo factory building an intelligent and futuristic feel.

Due to the hot and humid climate in South China, strict requirements are placed on the thermal insulation and sealing performance of the external enclosure system. The ColorGem sandwich panels use polyurethane edge sealing to prevent the core material from losing strength due to moisture absorption. At the same time, it has super airtightness and no thermal bridge conduction, and both superior appearance and high efficiency, helping the VIVO factory to calmly cope with climate impacts.
