Project challenge.

Anti-micro-vibration of large buildings.

From sand to wafers, from nanoscale craftsmanship to the heart of mobile phone cameras, each chip is the crystallization of wisdom and craftsmanship.

In order to meet the stable operation of the precision equipment production line and zero defects, there are many difficult challenges in the project design, including anti-micro-vibration in the mass production workshop, 100-class clean room and so on. As the first line of defense, the external protection system also has extremely high requirements.

Air tightness is demanding. According to the technical requirements of anti-micro-vibration, low-speed air supply is used in the factory building, and the change rate of air density is controlled within 10%.

Multi-material lap joint with mixed structure. The production plant adopts reinforced concrete structure at the bottom and light steel structure at the upper layer, which supports the exterior protection of the whole building as well as the internal mechanical devices.

Energy saving and green requirements. In the design of modern industrial buildings, the concept of energy saving and green design have been put into practice. Dehuai Semiconductor Plant, which takes into account the low energy consumption and environmental friendliness of the building, has high energy-saving standards for construction and operation.

The metal curtain wall panels used in the project are designed and manufactured according to the assembly concept. Cassette lap structure, supplemented by high weather-resistant adhesive strip, excellent air tightness enables accurate control of air pressure and airflow in the semiconductor plant.
